DONJJENS is a 3D-printed wearables brand found by

an architect who always passionates about fashion and

wants to combine two worlds together. It is built of

the founder’s architectural skills and design thinkings,

all the process done by two hands.

Every single design is ‘Archival of Memories’ using

photogrammetric method to create measurements,

maps of interesting objects in three-dimensional space,

then adapt into our own special patterns, shapes and forms.

Donjjens uses sustainable materials

MATERIAL :

There are many materials that can be used for

3D printing, but we choose PLA.

PLA (polylactic acid) is a biodegradable thermoplastic

made from renewable resources such as

corn starch, sugarcane, and cassava.

As a result, PLA has been marketed as

an environmentally friendly alternative to

traditional petroleum-based plastics.

In terms of sustainability, PLA has some

advantages over conventional plastics. For example,

PLA is biodegradable and compostable

under the right conditions, meaning that it can

break down into natural components that can be

reused by the ecosystem. Additionally,

since PLA is made from renewable resources,

it has a lower carbon footprint

than petroleum-based plastics.
