Shipping & Returns

Taxes & Duties 

The product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Payment of these import fees is the responsibility of the customer.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to United Kingdom at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry. These fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Changes & Cancellations

Please, note that we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders after the order has been placed. Please contact (email) if you want to make a change to a pre-order and our team will assist you.


Our items are not subject to returns/refunds unless they got broken during delivery, more information on ‘Damages’ below.


We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have to report us within 7 days after the reception of the order. Please email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during delivery or if you receive the wrong item, by that we can evaluate the issue right away.

  • The client is asked to send the photos of any defect to us via email for further inspection of the damage cause.

  • If the damage appears to result from a default of the product, we will proceed to ship the new product back to you.

  • If the wrong item has been sent to you, we will provide you a shipping label to return the item and swiftly send you the right one.

  • You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must return unworn or unused. To be eligible for a return, All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered.

  • Please, note that our items are 3D-printed which are breakable under heavy impact as per DONJJENS commercial agreement, we require your special care. Therefore, any returns are not allowed after 7 days of the reception.​
